Today I decided to go to the shop from where I bought Desire (it's unlocked, but we bought it with contract :))
My main problems were:
Over Heating
It gets hot very fast, even if I don't use it very much
Battery
It lasted for max 12hours, with some internet, sms and etc. :)
Vibration
It wan't vibrating for some time :)

Because I live in Lithuania, they will send it to Latvia to check If it works good, if not my carrier will change the phone (So all of these problems would be real, then everyone who has them, should go to their shops and etc. to get their phones changed) :)
I hope that they will replace my phone, and I will write here when I hear again from them :]

Are you having these issues, have you brought the phone back for replacement, what they said? :)
P.S. I'm new to this forum and all Android thing, so don't judge me ;D

Hi, welcome to the forum.

I havent had to replace my phone but can comment on a couple of your issues.

1) the phone does get quite warm for me under heavy wifi usage or GPS. But not generally when just sitting there.

2) If your phone is quite new 12 hours battery is not uncommon (quite good actually). It does get batter with time but can suggest a full charge then use till empty and a full charge again. There are quite a few battery thread on here so have a read.

3) I've not had this issue but have read a couple of threads about it here. Hava search for vibration. It might help you out.

Hope this has helped even though it might not be what you wanted to hear. Dont give up its an amazing phone once you get used to it.

It's more than 2weeks old and I haven't done 10times full discharge and etc. So I want new one ;D So I could do it.

Well, Vibration was back when I pressed everywhere around, but still :)
And mine got very hot in 5-10minutes with some internet and etc. and it got hot under the battery, which is quite unusual :] I know the processor is there, but it should get sooo hot...
