Root What ROM?

Where can you find out what all is in a ROM? Or what each one allows you to do? Since there are so many I doubt there's a list of them around. But is there a thread or forum somewhere that everyone posts their ROM's on when they make them, and hopefully a description of them.

I'm not sure if anyone actually updates those lists anymore, but I usually just watch here:

The more recent threads are usually the latest and greatest.

I am stuck on White Widow 4.6 right now. I really like how it looks. The only problem I have found is the lack of the ability to send MMS messages. I can receive them but not send.

I have just been using my Gmail instead. Quick fix without any extra hassle.

Look in the thread, there is a fix for that (worked for me when I was using WW).
