How do you scroll within a window/text box?

In the browser, if you are replying to a thread or if someone posts a picture and it's bigger then the window...on a computer you will get a separate scroll bar for that window...you guys know what I'm talking about?

On the iPhone you can use two fingers and it will scroll that separate window separately from the main window. How do you do this on the Captivate?
 
If you're using Swype, Swype from the Swype key to the SYM key (one key to the right) to bring up the Swype editing tools, which includes a virtual d-pad. It's a bit of a clunky solution but yeah =/

If you're in a single-row input field, though, you can just tap and hold/drag to scroll along it.

Awesome. You helped me figure out how to paste into a quick office document. Use Swype, which is already my favorite keyboard. D pad is great find too. Thanks.
