Help No 3g!!!

Hello everybody. First time poster looking for some help. I'm having issues with my 3g coverage while I'm at work. I know that coverage can vary from place to place but the thing is I have a co-worker sitting 3 feet from me with a Droid thru the same provider and her phone works great!! She constantly has 3 bars while I'm stuck with failed txt messages and pandora dropping out every few minutes. I love the phone but it's pissing me off at work !

The reception of the SF overall is inferior to some other devices. Obviously you can try things like *228 option 2 or even replacing the device as defective
