Root Unrevoked then Unrevoked Forever?

Just a quick question after I run Unrevoked3 and have root access (as I do now), should I run unrevoked-forever? If so, do I need to push unrevoked-forever.zip to my SD card and rename it to update.zip and reboot the phone into the bootloader and apply update.zip?

If you ran Unrevoked 3.21, you should not need Unrevoked-forever.
