Using RingDroid

I just downloaded this to try to make some notification sounds so I can change my text notification and regular notification sounds (so they're not the same)

When I save my clip, it only saves like the first second of the song. I have tried uninstalling ringdroid and reinstalling it. Could anything else be wrong? Also it crashes all the time.

Drag the two grey bars (one is preset at zero, one at 30 sec) to the starting and ending point that you want. Works like a charm

I did that and it only saves like a second of the song.

When I open the file to edit the song, the bars are where I saved them but it only plays a second of the song.
