Help HTC IME home screen quick question

I am using the HTC_IME homescreen app which I think is brilliant on the whole. However it comes with a useful three-way button at the bottom (dialler, menu and browser) which keeps disappearing for no obvious reason! I then can't find out how to restore it except for turning the phone off and on again. Does anyone know what this three-way button is called .... is it a widget or something else, and how do I restore it? Thanks

Its the dockbar that is being dragged up over the action buttons, you can have it as quick access for up to 6 apps, but if its empty then it doesn't look like anything is there.

You can disable it in the UI Settings bit, or change your swype up action not to open it.

Edit Just switched mine back on and you get rid of it by dragging down in the very bottom part of your screen and then your action buttons reappear.

Hmmm that would be because I don't use it and thinking about it, its 6 easy access apps including the two on the action bars - so yeah only 4 in the dockbar. Sorry for making you think you might be missing a trick, its actually me missing a few brain cells. D'oh!
