I just purchased the fascinate...my office told me that I had to get out of the dark ages...I want to add laucnher pro app and haven't a clue as to how...also want to get the google app...this looks like the right place

Launcher pro is the the market, just type launcher pro and it will show up. Also which google apps are you wanting, some are already pre installed on the phone.

Make sure you hit the "home" key to launch it for the first time. Also once its launched hit the menu key and chose preferences to set it up how you like it. I recommend setting all the speeds to high for a smooth opening and closing of your screens. The Fascinate is a remarkable device. Enjoy it. I also recommend Beautiful Widgets from the market. Makes it even that much better.
