Are there any links I can view that show some release dates of any new android phones? i'm quite tired of my processor on my hero, but i don't want to upgrade to the epic or the evo cuz of the $10 fee, and evo is too big..don't want a keyboard..

gosh i wish nexus one was on our network..has the trackball and everything!! :D

rumored htc desire z coming soon?

There's something called the HTC Knight coming up. It looks like it could be a version of the Desire.

If that's true, it would still be a pretty good upgrade if you don't care to wait for the new high end handsets. Chances are the new superphones don't roll out until January-ish at this point.

hmm..are you overclocked to 1.2?? and they aren't putting out any new phones that'll be better than the evo anytime soon are they?
No, I didn't overclock. Just running stock kernal and rom.

forgot all about the epic..which is the better choice?? and i don't wanna hear ..oh it's based if you want a keyboard or not..i want some nerd information..which is a better choice? ;)
Well that's pretty much what it comes down too. You can google the comparisons. It's pretty much a toss up...

If your coming from the Hero you might like the EVO better just because it has Sense vs. Epic's TouchWiz (I think is what it's called)

what's up with touchwiz? what's so different about it? and i don't really use sense on my hero since i'm using froyo

I find that my epic runs much smoother than my wife's evo. Thats just my experience.

they say the hummingbird is faster than dragonsnap which is on the evo

You're not going to actually see much of a difference between the performance of the two processors.
You say " i don't wanna hear ..oh it's based if you want a keyboard or not.." but it has a great deal to do with that. Basically...

Epic:
Keyboard
Touchwiz ui
Smaller screen
SAMOLED screen
Known to have GPS problems.

Evo:
No Keyboard
Sense ui
Largest screen on the market
LCD screen
Known to have problems with dust getting under the screen.

Aside from that... EVO's running 2.2 and will likely (looking back at HTC's history) be one of the first handsets to receive Gingerbread after release. As well as the possibility of getting the New Sense UI.

Epic is running 2.1 and will likely (looking back at Samsung's history) finally receive 2.2 around the same time that gingerbread is released... that is, if they don't skip 2.2 altogether and instead push for a late release of gingerbread.
