Root Android 2.2

its a shame i came to it from owning a sony x10 and i like the 845

to be fair their both extremely good phones for android on a budget, but by the same token i think this was always Vodafones way of testing the waters for putting smart phones onto pay as you go.

i have the feeling personally it will be replaced by a slightly better model as the 845 certainly has afew limits to its potential

i do prefer the x10 mini pro (sliding keyboard version) i just didnt like the home screen layout.

Somehow I have it, I use my phone everyday, and then one day I went to the market and it looked different.
I figured it was just an update to the app or the market server itself, until I saw that my friend who also has the V845 does NOT have the same GUI when he accesses the market. I thought it was one of my apps so I left it for a while and now I just did a search on google for android market 2.2 and that's how my market looks.
No idea how or why it happened. I'd like to help people get it, but I wanna know how I got it first lol
