All you have to do is place an order for a Chromatics skin, and in the notes box during check out specify that you would like a (Black or White) Carbon fiber skin.

that is a vinyl skin with a carbon fiber print on it.

This thread is about phantom skinz anyway, I don't know why you felt the need to post somebody else's skin here....
