AM i doing it wrong? How do i remove the SD Card!!?

Its such a pain with this phone!!

I lift the little 'notch' thing, and my card pops up like all is gravy, but with no amount of pulling, shaking, wiggling can i get the card out without resorting to tools or something else MacGyver-like.

HOw does yours come out??

It's a PITA, what I do is use the the corner of the battery covery and slide it under the card then put my finger on top of the card and apply a little bit of pressure and slide it out.

HOw could you design a phone with such a flaw?

NOrmally, I would wedge a credit card or something under it and try to finger-nail it out.

No idea why they made it so hard to remove, very poor design. I spent like 15 minutes trying to slide it out with my finger nail when I first got it but once you apply pressure it pushes back down and you can't pull it out. Pinching it between your finger and the battery cover (or a CC) is the easiest way.

hmmm, i really have no problem. Sometimes it takes a few tries, but never more than 10 seconds.

I personally don't care for it..I have a ton of 8 gb cards and would love to be able to swap them at a whim....but it's too much of a pain lol

I was so frustrated by this, as I thought to myself, 'why would I even need to replace this mem card? I only have about 5-6 geebees used at any time!"

....Till my friend wanted some of the apps i had on my SD card on her droid, and I looked like an idiot.

Soon, I feel like our manliness will be gauged not by how many lids we pry off of jars, but how we pry the SD cards out.

That falls under the ol' work smarter not harder creole' ( I probably would not have thought of that either)

You could also use Bluetooth file transfer too.
