Is there a way to get a SENSE UI style phone launcher?

Just curious if there is a way to get this style Phone Launcher/Dock at the bottom on my Captivate?

there's a app called fancywidget that replicates the clock app perfectly. i've been using it for a while, it's great.

if you use launcher pro you can go to their website and they have people who have made docks that look exactly like that, you have to search through alot of stuff though

Does the Captivate need to be rooted to do this... or can you get it through the Market?

No need to be rooted.
Sense hasn't been ported over yet but they're working on it.

you get launcher pro in the market, then there is an option to use a custom dock. you download the dock from the launcherpro website, its just a picture. then you add the shortcuts to the dock. you will probably need the custom shortcuts also so it looks right but im sure someone has made those also, just need to find them
