I don't. It's just bloat really. All stuff you can install yourself. Of course it will go to /system though so won't take any data space

You could always remove apps from the pack. Or even add to it

Is that a fact? On the Leedroid and possibly on other ROMs, hadn't turned it off on others before, the installed app list used to do a cool scrolling thing as if it was on rollers. Is this a .zip do you think? If things are removable it suggests it is or at least may be, I'd like it on my Cyanogen.

Yeah its a zip. You can flash it on any Rom Since it only contains .apk files (unless its changed ?)

Open it in Winrar. DON'T extract. When adding, set compression to "store"

Ta anyway but it doesn't work, I flashed DeFroST_6.0b_Apps.zip and all I gets is Google Chrome, 2.10.405.2-inc-radio-v2-signed.zip includes a radio and I'm a little reticent to flash it.

I'll have to read a lil more about it before I start messing atound. I have no idea what your telling me to do. lol.

If you look in the zip, you will see that it mirrors the structure of your Rom. Inside the zip, is a system/app folder. Within it are .apk files. Apps.

Basically when you flash the zip, everything in the system/app folder is put in the same place on your Rom.

So of you took all the apks out of the zip, you could put apps in there yourself, to flash.

Benefits are you don't lose internal memory space with these apps.

But, system apps can't be updated via the market.

Use quick system info to see how much system space you have available.

If I get the Leedroid that this scrolling thing I'm looking for is on, nick it and put it in apps as an .apk in my Cyanogen signed .zip and reflash, your telling me in theory it should work?

No idea what that is. It could be kernel or framework dependant. If so, them no.

If you can install it as a normal app then you can flash it otherwise no.
