Help Exchange Sync issues. Missing emails!!

Any fix to this? I've had my HTC Incredible now for two weeks. I noticed this morning that some emails, which were on the phone, are gone. They are on my desktop Outlook on two other computers but disappeared from the phone?

you could edit the settings to sync past "n" days, i.e. 3, week, month, all etc. You may want to select "all" option in case you would like to see all emails.

I tried that right after I posted. Switched sync email from 3 days to 1 day and then back to 3 days. I have 6 emails missing from about 9am to 10am this morning. I turned the phone on and off too..didn't work either.
Never had this issue on WM. Very puzzling.

So I change the sync days from 3 to 7 and my missing 20 emails are back on the phone. This didn't work yesterday? Now I'm going to be paranoid while I'm out that I'm missing emails, or an email that I saw and was going to reply to has disappeared and now I'll have to review my Outlook at the office more thoroughly for missed emails. Oh brother!

anandv76...I probably shouldn't choose 'All' messages since I have about 13,000 in my inbox!

just noticed another thing though, that my exchange email syncs fully every time. i.e. all messages seem to vanish at sync and reappear based on the settings (say 3 or 7 days) and i reckon the problem of missing emails is because of that! not sure what is going on but exchange emails on my Nokia N900 seem to work absolutely fine with the same settings...dohh...
