Help getting apps back after exchange device wipe?

We did a wipe on the device and am wondering if there is a way to get all the market apps that were installed on the device back automatically, does the market store and keep track of apps that were installed?

Yea. As soon as you log into your google account they will download

Mine didn't auto download. I ended up installing off of my saved Appbrain list.

I have logged into the market on a PC and see all my apps, they say "Installed". Its been well over 4 hours now and the apps have not shown up on my phone.

However now when I log into the market, all the apps that said complete or installed, are gone.

Even if an item says installed on the android market on your PC, click the word installed again and it will re push to your new device that you are signed in to.
