Help Phone recognized, but drive is greyed out

I checked the similiar threads, but didn't see anything that directly addressed this.

I had trouble getting my Moment to be seen by my laptop. I followed another thread that said to turn off the USB debugging. After that, the driver is installed without issue. But, when I go to my computer window (Windows 7), I see the phone is assigned drive letter E, but it's grayed out. Do I need to do something else to get it to be "active"?

did you click on the USB icon on your phone and mount it?

Sorry for the delay. Thanks for the info. I found where to mount it and was able to get the files off of it.

this works. I was able to locate and access the drive on a Android tablet by clicking on the USB icon and activating it
