Potential Orange Personal Data Leak

I've had a weird issue today. I'm a pay monthly customer and I tried to access androidforums on my phone over 3G but it was blocked by Orange SafeGuard which is odd for many reasons - I didn't think I had it enabled, and this certainly isn't an adult site! Anyway, worse was to come. I followed the links to "my account" hoping to disable it and it presented me with a screen with someone else's phone number and pay as you go balance! If I'm seeing someone else's details, what is to stop someone else seeing yours or mine?

The website issue has resolved itself, I'm no longer being redirected to SafeGuard, however if I go to https://your.Orange.co.uk it still shows this other persons details.

What do you guys think I should do about this? With all due respect I don't think the average call centre agent is going to understand this if I phone them to report it, but to me this seems like a pretty serious breach!

That is a bit strange!!

I agree that the average call centre bod may not understand, but I think you should call them and explain... if you do not think that they understand, then ask to speak to a supervisor!
