Help No caller voice when making/receiving calls.

I can't hear any sound from my caller but they can hear me. But I can hear loud and clear when I used headset or set it to speaker. What's wrong? It really depressed me up since this is the main reason why we have phone instead of messaging. Please help

sounds like faulty a device just take it back with the reciept and take a new one,. p.s remember to take out your sdcard lol
