***Official Galaxy Nexus Pre-Release speculation thread**

That was the major 'hate' part of my love/hate relationship with my second OG Droid. My first one never had a problem until one of my cousin's daughters decided the fish needed to speak to my uncle as well.

And yes, like Han and BB, I chuckled a bit when I read this. :)

My First OG went for a dive in the Salwater tank, my second (current) got thrown out the car (by accident...) by my 4 year old....cracked but still turns on.
Calls...can't get it out of the lock screen, 4 battery pulls by 8am, and about 12 +daily.....I KNOW IT KNOWS!!!
Hi I am Ryan, and I am a nexaholic.....

In looking at this from a sales standpoint, I think Verizon is playing with fire, if they elect to release it after Thursday.

Look at the ad's you'll get in the Thursday paper, 2" of them.

It seems like it'll be difficult for them to announce "new and improved", when every other store is doing the same.

There is going to be a lot of sales background "noise" to compete with.

Sure, the real Nexus nuts, will buy it asap, no matter, but your average joe, he's probably as clueless as some of the CSR's, various folks have talked with.

I'm betting on a soft launch Monday with TV ad's running the same day.

The gotta have it now crowd, are probably trawling UK websites, to find an overseas version, and import it in.

That being said, I don't believe they'll benefit from LTE, as it will probably only work on the GSM side, if they drag one across the pond, to use in the states.

Your mileage may vary.

Is this wrong?

My wife just yelled at me my 2month old just woke up crying I'm sitting next to her my wife is in the kitchen making lunch she had to cone over and get her and she blames me. I told her it's not my fault and to blame Verizon

Nope. And I think your baby pretty much sums up how everyone feels on this thread. ;)

They have a tough call to make. Do we try to sell more RAZR's this week and risk losing customers/sales to other carriers? Or do we release the GN and lose RAZR sales?

Honestly... I'd not want to be in that execs shoes.
