Root Odin Multi Downloader problems

As you see in my title I have some issues using Odin Multi Downloader v4.38.
So I have
Samsung Galaxy Mini (GT-S5570)
Odin Multi Downloader v4.38
and a windows 7 ultimate x64 pc
I recently updated my phone to cyanogen mod and the process stopped somewhere and i just plugged of my phone , removed my battery and when I tryed to turn the phone back again I just got a black screen.Now the phone is still possible to conect with odin multi downloader and i hear the sound but when try to downgrade it stops at the message

There is software on your computer competing with Odin for the serial ports.

Make sure Kies (including Kies Tray Agent) is turned off - use Task Manager and search for both in Applications & Processes. If you have Sony Ericsson PC Companion (or any other mobile phone software for that matter) .. uninstall it and any drivers associated with it or any phones you may have owned.

Reboot and open Odin as an administrator and give it a shot then.

It's becasue eitehr your port used for connection is busy or not set up. Make sure you have drivers installed. Also, close or disable kies as said above. If you need help follow link on my signature.

you might find simply moving to a different USB port on your PC can fix this also...

hello, I was planning to upgrade os but odin doesn't detect com port in the download mode. while in ramdump mode it discovers the comport. how to solve this!! thanks in advance

Oddin shows port number but I also have the same problem , i have the message diffrent need help urgent please....

I have a similar setup (galaxy mini + win 7 prof). The phone connects correctly but odin crashes as soon as I load the package. Any suggestion?
