When I got my phone (back in December), it was lightening fast. However, now I noticed that it has slowed down significantly. It takes time to open "phone" app or any other apps or operations takes it a moment to respond. I've been running same applications for the past few months so no new faulty apps to blaim.
I wonder if anyone else seen and experienced the same on their phone?

could be email piling up. how long do you have it staying synced? also you might want to check out some of the apps you have what their cached data is, may be getting large just by use over time and if you use them alot they are now constantly having to search all that historical data for stuff.

What do you mean? My Gmail is pulled constantly, my yahoo account pulls once a day and my Exchange pulls every 15 min.

generally it isn't a problem unless you have alot of mail, usually it is a storage problem of alot of synced mail eating up storage space but alot will slow down the phone as well.

i am not talking about polling, but the amount of mail saved on the phone. for example if you go to the gmail app, click on the 3 buttons in the bottom right and go to settings, about halfway down you will see something about numbers or days to sync messages. default is 30 or so if i remember.

as for yahoo somewhere in the settings i would imagine is something simlar about how many days to hold onto messages on the device.
