Help Memory Full

Hi...I've had my Stratosphere a few months and over the weekend have been getting a Memory Full notification on my notification bar.....how does one clean their memory? There are so many folders in the My Files folder. I've also never cleaned my cache either...

There's 1-click cleaner and super toolbox, to name a few, in Android Market.

Just go into Android Market on your phone, select the search magnifier in the top right corner, type in "1 click" and it should be the first thing in the list.

Memory full? Just go to the built-in Task Manager, Select RAM then select Clear Memory.

Must have downloaded a copy of "Apps Gone Wild"!

So i have this same problem, and it says messages is full, but i have no texts, and i tried to limit the emails to 2 days synced, and it still says it...any ideas?
