Hi there I'm new to this and was wondering if anyone know how I can transfer my music from my droids internal memory to my SD card. I transferred a lot of music from my computer to my phone and it took a big bite out of my internal memory. I have like 14.6g of free space on my SD card. When I plus it in a mount it to my computer I try moving my music from my music folder to my SD card and it says its there but doesn't show up on my phone that its on my SD card. Pictures show up but music doesn't. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Music is not stored in the phone memory ... it is on the sdcard... the ringtones and other phone sounds that come with the phone are in the phone memory ...

I think you might be really confused as to what is stored where ... I am moving this to the moto-DROID forum assuming this is the droid you have ... a moderator may need to move this post again ...

Oh well I was just curious. When I click on my SD card it never showed my music but if u say its there I believe u. Like I said I'm new to all this fancy technology so I appreciate the help. Thank u
