Root Battery after flashing ROMs

OK so I flashed neutrino quite a while ago. Ever since the battery percentage wont go past 90. The other day I found a possible solution. I charged the phone overnight. Left the phone on the charger and pulled the battery. When the phone rebooted I replaced the battery. I then wiped battery stats and used the battery calibration app. Worked perfectly and charged to 100%. However, the next time I charged it it went back to the same antics. Anyone have a permanent solution?

im having the same problem. mine wont go past 80 even though i leave it on the charger over night. i read over at xda developers that its just a battery stats problem that can be fixed. Yea tried this. It worked temporarily. Next charge it was back to 90% max
