Root 4G Xoom no longer on contract. Can I flash anything?

Well, I ate the ETF on my Xoom since I was not using it outside the house and I got tethering on my Nexus anyway. So, with no 4g data, can I flash roms from either the wifi only as well as the 4g? Or am I still constrained to the 4g only roms?

I think you should be safe with a WiFi only ROM or just flash a 4G ROM and turn the data connection off.

My 3G is fine with a WiFi only ROM - it has no access to the 3G radios though. I'd imagine it would be much the same, and you have the benefit of a much wider choice of ROMs!
