Help OTA Update for Canada Rogers 8.9 LTE Version

I have the Rogers Canada 8.9 LTE version. No matter what I do or what driver I use, Kies tells me my device can not be updated through it. So I am hoping there will be an OTA update made available.

Does Samsung release it, or does Rogers release it?

I would say for sure the OTA would have to come through Rogers Canada.

This is what I see when I connect my tablet via Kies:

Anyone know how to fix that? I am plugged directly into the computer; not using a hub.
