Help Manually start com.samsung.internal?

It's clear I'm not alone, when it comes to the loss of network comms on my Moment. I've just resigned myself to the fact that I have to get used to power-cycling the phone when things go bad, and hope against hope that 2.1 is our miracle cure.

But I'm looking for a quicker way to restart my phone, instead of doing the off/on thing. When the phone stops being a phone, the process "com.samsung.internal" has likely crashed. I found where I can force-stop that application (and just about anything else), but I haven't seen where it's stored, in an attempt to manually start it. Can it be done? If so, how?

Thanks.

If relevant, I also always try to experiment with what could restore my service. I pretty much try to kill anything that seems to restart the network service. Along with the com.samsung.internal process, I notice that killing the Dialer and/or the Sprint Updater (if open) jars the phone, flashes the LED soft keys and does the little "bloodleoop" sound that it does when going in and out of service.

I noticed that one time service actually DID come back was when:
Got a Data lock
Messed around and tried to kill Phone, com.samsung.internal
then got frustrated and forgot about it... was driving and went through a spot where I lost service. When I came out of that spot, my EV was restored.
So, maybe the solution is just to stay within a few blocks of that spot.. too bad it's like 40mi away from my place.
