Has anyone receiving HTC Desire yet ?

Mine's just been delivered, setting it up now. So far I'm very impressed, it's as gorgeous as I imagined it would be.

If you don't mind me asking, did your confirmation email say

"You'll get free delivery as standard on all online orders and we'll try our best to deliver within two working days providing your order is received before 17:00."

or did it say something about special delivery? I was told on the phone that all orders would be sent by next day special delivery but am worried mine might not have been.

my email said delivery in the next two days, i was told on the phone "as you ordered thurs 25th march it will be delivered tomorrow (1st april) have to wait patiently (or not)

To make it worse, a royal mail van just parked outside my house, then went and delivered a parcel across the road, then drove off. That's not a bad sign, is it? :S

Delivery is by royal mail not parcel force so you need your regular post man to turn up ASAP

I'm so paranoid mine won't and I'll be gutted now haha. Oh well, I know it's on its way so I guess I just should chill out. It will be here soon, if not today. But I'm still holding out hope for today

The fact that my postman normally delivers after 12:00 coupled with me having to do 'the family thing' @ 10:00 means I won't get my phone until Saturday. To add insult to injury, I'm on an all day bender because of the football, so won't actually get to play with my phone until Sunday (nursing a serious hangover!!!). If T-Mobile hadn't had such a cockup with online pre-orders then I would have had my phone last Saturday. My only hope is that my parcel might have gone back to the sorting office & they'll give it to me late this afternoon or that they're open tomorrow. Rant Over!!!!!

I got my phone on saturday. Loving it... however, i got a text yesterday saying 'Thank you for opening another line on your account' .... WTF! They have sent me another Desire and opened up another contract without me ordering s**t!! Not impressed with T-mobile at all so far.

Mine should be here also today, although mine is with vodafone and not t-mobile.

I'm hoping the courier service will have left the parcel with my neighbor but if not I wont be able to get my hands on it until Tuesday next week :-( bad times.

Don't worry i3ubble. When mine was delivered it was 12.30. You can always ring T-Mobile and ask them to give you the tracking code and look on the web to put your mind at ease!

T-Mobile just allowed me to upgrade early Dude said I should be receiving it on Saturday between 8:00am-2:00pm

I don't think you can cancel now you have received the phone. you may be able to change the contract terms, but this could mean being charged up front for a fee of the phone. I got my HTC for

Yup I am very upset with T-Mobile too. I ordered last Tuesday and on Saturday I received the wrong phone (T-Mobile Pulse)... Called them up on Sunday afternoon as I was away for the weekend and I thought I got it all sorted, with them promising a Tuesday delivery.

Thursday now and no HTC Desire... Although I have a cancellation pack to get rid of the T-Mobile Pulse (oh joy).

What's more it turns out they have credited the payment they took out for my Desire and instead are going to bill me for the Pulse.

P***** Off is an understatement...

I don't have the handset yet, I only ordered at dinner-time.

Just spoke to TMob, they said I'd have to refuse delivery of the handset on Saturday, if I want to re-negotiate the plan I selected.

I dunno what to dooooo
