Taking forever

After waitin 4 what seemed like aged finally got my desire on sat 26th!! then it all went wrong few problems with handset maybe faulty anyways called t mobile monday 29th "no problem sir we will send a replacement within 24hrs still waitin thought this phone was properly checked!! still gotta wait as cant use the desire i have come on t mobile pull yer finger out!!!

Call them again? Ask why you were promised a phone within 24 hours and still not received anything. You can ask for an 8gb memory card for compensation?

just keep bing told they awaiting new stock,but from what i been hearing on here and other places they have stock just so annoyed with this phone its always crashing looks like ill have 2 wat till after easter holiday for a replacement phone

Pretty happy with mine. Only complaint I've got is that the back cover is fairly poor quality, doesn't sit perfectly flush with the metal casing, but it's not a huge deal.
