Help Stock ROM and recovery for micromax a57

Hi,
I had been using another launcher for my micromax a57 and it was working fine,
and so i froze the stock launcher
Recently i wanted to update that particular launcher but when it was installing it, i got a response saying that there was insufficient space, so i foolishly and unintentionally uninstalled the new launcher and kept the stock launcher frozen and waited for the download to complete.
But what i got instead was that now i have no launcher which means my screen has gone blank and i cant launch any apps.
I have searched alot to find a stock rom and how to recover my rom for my particular phone(Micromax A57, aka Ninja3) but am unable to find any.

Please if anyone does know of a way to resolve this issue, you will save my life as this phone isnt even a month old and i really cannot get a new one.

Thanks brother, you really saved me a world of trouble. I got it on first attempt. plus its useful for installing other apps directly from pc.

Although I wanted to know how would one download apps directly to the pc,, coz whenever I go to play store and click on the download button, I get a msg saying my phone will download it in a while,, which it does and not into the pc.

if anyone knows bout that, ur knowledge is appreciated.

Just visit any other website for example mobiles24 dot com or others and download the apk file frm there, u can install them usin "Astro File Manager" available on play.

You will not be able to download an apk to your system through google play..

Surf around, there are tons of other websites form where you can download them.
