Hi. I just bought a galaxy note today. Once I got it home I turned it on and went through the initial setup. I went to plug it into my pc to transfer some files but the computer didn't recognize the device. Unplugged it from the pc and went to turn the note on again and now all I can see is a screen that says emergency calls only. I can't get to any other pages or apps. I tried to reset the device by powering off for 10 seconds but still the same. Anyone have any ideas please?

Did you hold down both the sound button and the start stop button for a full reboot? If not do so.

With the Note turned on do you get this on your screen?
