Help synch ring and notification volumes

Hi looking for a way to synch both so that they're always at the same levels. Tried volume + and even though it has this as a setting it doesn't work. Annoying that volume rocker only changes ring and not notification.

I use RVolume Control. You may need to search with "roy volume control".
I had it on my Maxx and immediately put it on my Maxx HD. I love it. And before I logged in here to respond, I checked to make sure that it would do both the ringer and notification together. It does. It has several choices in the setup menu.
