Help S4 Air View Text messages not showing on Lock Screen

I've had the phone for a little bit and I remember seeing the pool party commericial. And the girl gets a text and she hovers over the phone to get a preview.


Now I've read some other stuff, I put my Air View Preview settings on and I've tried numerous times and its not working. Can someone please help me out? Thanks

You're talking about 1:02 in this video: Galaxy S 4

Messages -> Settings -> Notification settings -> Preview Message (Checked)
Settings -> My Device -> Air View (On) -> Information Preview (On)

The text has to be longer than the space provided to prompt the popup. Most of the time my lock screen turns back off before I can get my finger placed just right though, lol.
