Help Texts not showing up in messages or notifications?

I keep my phone on vibrate to let me know when I get a text, but recently it's been vibrating without any notification or conversation in messages. When I opened the messages app, it brought me to the conversation, but when I hit back, the conversation doesn't appear and I can't get back to it. I updated my phone to 4.3 yesterday, but I could still receive messages from contacts. Is it just this one number that I can't view texts from? I'm with WIND if it matters.

I hate to do this to you, but it is strongly recommended to factory restore your device after major firmware upgrade. There are many new features, restructured and redesigned software architecture etc... often causing old, leftover files and settings to collide with the new one.

I would download Helium , great and free backup app. Back the whole phone up and proceed to factory reset.

Helium also allow you to restore your backup to tablets and other phones, if you were to migrate device. This app has saved my ass couple of time

Unfortunately this is correct. These issues are probably something dealing with leftover files causing collateral damage with your current files.

SebaKL, seems to offer a good idea about backing up your files too
