Has anyone tried to stream Netflix movies to their Incredible? I saw hulu gave weird, if not suspicious error messages when trying to play videos from there, but I have not yet heard the word about Netflix.

Trying to go to Netflix's website and streaming will not work.

However, Netflix recently was hiring Android devs. I'm pretty confident we have a streaming app with hopefully a queue management system included coming real soon.

They already have the ap on the iPhone and it's a form of Linux so it is just a matter of time and we'll have it in "grown-up" world too! :D

Read the link above. Netflix developers are saying they cant do a full android app and are working with individual manufacturers. It wont be out until early 2011 and who knows what phones they will be getting out and when.

iOS does NOT use the linux kernel, so it is not a form of linux. It's similar to linux (they're both unix-like) but is based on BSD (Just like OSX in general).

And the main issue isn't technical, it's legal. They need the content providers to AGREE to the DRM protocol. And they are very nervous about android's open nature.
