What is the software compadible with the HTC Dream to copy SMS messages to PC

I have found lots of software available to transfer text messages to pc, however I have not been able to successfully even connect my phone to any of these programs much less copy the text's.
If anybody knows of software or anyway to successfully transfer text messages from my HTC Dream (with htc sync & new software) to my PC, I would LOVE to hear from you lol.

how bout you forward the texts to yourself..in if she cheating on you what the hell you doing still with her..thats why ppl say if you dont want to know dont go thru women's thing's..lmao

first of all, I don't have the time to forward over 1000 texts
secondly, I am collecting evidence and building a case
