Worried about his exposure to SEX on his phone? Have you watched TV lately??? lmao...
If you have worries, they may be legitimate and you need to TALK to your son about that. He can get access to the same thing you don't want him to have on his phone from a multitude of places at home, school, library, friends, etc., etc., etc. Secondly, at that age it becomes a natural curiosity as the hormones begin to RAGE! That applies to girls as well! (I have both, in their teens too
)
lol, this is why a clear discussion of what is and what is not ACCEPTABLE behavior regarding SEX is necessary. Behavior away from your control is built upon trust, if you don't trust you child to behave in an acceptable manner then refrain from providing a tool that will be a catalyst to that unwanted behavior. I trust mine explicitly and they know what is ok and can handle themselves quite well too. haha, hate to say it, but I just purchased my daughter a Moment (don't be hating - her choice!) hahaha, but I'm ok with it as she knows at any time I will ask to see her phone, same as a PC and there's is NO FB allowed from the phone
lmao...
Anyway... if you're really that worried about the potential exposure to SEX on the phone... I wouldn't get him one. Besides, I'm not aware of any Firewall app that can blocks or limit connections on a mobile handset in the manner you ask.
Just my $.02
Regards!
