best buy refund question

Now the question is, what if I decide to return the phone? Do I have to go to Sprint or Best buy?

If I have to go to best buy, will they give me 199+ tax back or just the 149 (no refund on gift card)?

Can someone please explain? IF they are not going to give $50 gift card back then it looks like I have made bad move here!

If you get the phone at Best Buy then you will want to return it to best buy. My wife bought the hero from sprint and will be getting an evo from Best Buy then return the hero to sprint. You will get all your money back if its within the 30 days and not have to pay for service for that time. We already did this once when she got the Samsung Moment. It lived up to its name and only worked for a moment.
