Replacement phone quality + bubby keyboard

Well, my first phone was giving me a problem by crashing when I pulled out the keyboard. They sent me a replacement which worked for about 2-3days then it started giving a 'Bootloader 2c...' error. They sent yet another phone which seems to be working fine so far. It seems that these replacement phones are 'certified refurbs.'

I just wanted to say that both of these replacement phones have semi-bubbly keyboards. http://androidforums.com/attachment...droids-released-different-keyboard-droid1.jpg
It definitely is not bubby like that. The keys are rather protruding outward. I say that because the keyboard itself is a bit rigid when pulling it out. Comparing the first phone I had with the first replacement one, I could definitely tell that the 'pulling out keyboard' was more rigid on the replacement.

Anyone seem to notice this with their phone?

Also, I was just wondering that since the first replacement phone I got crapped within 2 days, what will happen if this one craps on me with the same error or another? Will they sent me another replacement? I was going to ask for a brand new one after the replacement #1 crapped, but I don't think it's in their policy to send brand new replacements phones.
