Help Task Killer Problem

I've been using a Task killer without problem since I got the Desire but since yesterday when reading through one of the threads on here and downloading a load of stuff the Task Killer has started behaving badly, I've tried two different Task Killers and they're both doing the same.

When killing some apps the screen seems to restart, like it killed the Sense UI but I've put all the system processes on the ignore list.

I'm not sure what can be causing it.

I had this problem before too, I have the Mixzing player as a widget on one of my homescreens.

Make sure if you have any similar widgets you add these programs to the block list too because if you don't you are basically killing one of the screens so sense has to sort itself out again

It may kill random processes causing a reboot. Do you have the calendar ignored as this may reboot sense? If not then ignore it now, and be aware when using a task killer -_-
The calendar app was actually the widget that I changed, from a month view to a day view.

I've changed Task Killers for now to see if this one doesn't kill it and I'll try to add it to the ignore list too.

Why don't you try not using a task killer and see how your phone functions :)
Done that, actually was doing my own little experiment after reading positive and negative things about Task Killers, i just didn't have enough control over the phone without the Task Killer, if something hung or the phone became jerky then I'd have to wait for it to fix itself rather than killing what I wanted.

I don't go mad on it anyway, only generally kill something if it's misbehaving (especially the Stock browser that decides it doesn't want to work anymore until restarted), for some reason though it started this problem.

I'm using Advanced Task Manager now and that seems to separate things (apps and services) a bit better so I'm only killing certain apps.
