GPS app w/ waypoints for biking.

I need a GPS for use on the bicycle.
About to drop the dime on a Garmin 705, but thinking jeez, if only there were a bike mount for my Incredible and an Android app which would do waypoints I could save myself $500 and have one less freekin device.
The bike mount I've been able to find, the app, not so much. Google's doesn't seem to do waypoints, Cardiotrainer doesn't seem to do any planning.

For biking, I need to be able to select multiple 'points' on the map to go thru so I can plan a route. It needs to do this w/o being very difficult.
Think about the way Microsoft Mapoint does it, real easy to use.

Any app out there do this?

Hmm... my tracks allows waypoints, but it's more of a recorder than a planner...

I'm not sure there are any GPS planner apps out there.

Only thing I've found is a recording as well. Would be nice to have a planner, but just haven't seen one.

Anyone know if My Tracks or Cardio trainer will compare your current status on a pre-recorded track, like maybe way-point to way-point? It would just be nice to see times based on landmarks rather than just total time.

Oh, and please post the app if you do find something!

It's not a feature that I've been able to find on the system. That being said, I've not explored every feature of My Tracks. However, it's free, so give it a try and see what it does for you.

I am developing a new GPS app that will store unlimited waypoints and routes. You will be able to track your progress and then follow the stored route home. I plan to have offline and online mapping. Please let me know if this is of interest and any features you would like me to add.

If you look at another app of mine GPS Test by chartcross in the Android market you can get an idea of what the new app will be like.
