Well this is old news, but HTC was doing the same thing to Apple and is even trying to stop new iPhones from being brought into their country.

My guess is Apple is going to be the loser and will have to pay HTC royalties.

I have been tracking these stories since long before I got my Evo just cause. I agree.

Exactly. Patent trolling in the tech sector has reached epic proportions.

Sharp and Samsung had complimentary suits against each other a year ago over their LCD TVs - and no one's heard of that, it was all settled.

This is just posturing and part of the accounting game in tech.

Nothing to see here, move along.
