Root "Unfortunately Setup Wizard has stopped working" after factory reset (lots of background info)

ahaha

I'm about to backup on TWRP
I did a Titanium backup and deleted it because the file took up too much space before the nandroid backup (silly me)
Do i need to back up system and data?
Theres 1.5GB in system and 3.7GB in data and i cant really do both i dont have the room
Im planning on transferring the backup to my computer to my computer to save space, should i do one then the other or is only one necessary?
For a nandroid backup, you want the defaults - boot, system, and data.

You can choose to compress the backups, I do, it helps a lot.

You can send the backup to the sd card.

You can also get an inexpensive OTG USB cable and send it to a USB stick, it has to be formatted FAT32.

^ If you're short on space and can't upgrade to a larger sd card, that's the way to go.

No problem moving your nandroid backup(s) to your pc.

You want to think in terms of being able to restore or they won't be of value - therefore, you want to make them as the boot-system-data set.

I'd factory reset my ROOTED Htc one 801s(m7) then its asked me to choose this;
clockworkMod Recovery v.6.0.4.8
-reboot system now
-install zip
-wipe data/factory reset
-wipe cache partition
-backup and restore
-mount and storage
-advance

then i choose "-wipe data/factory reset" and it starts to says

confirm wipe of all user data?
THIS CAN NOT BE UNDONE
-no
-yes-wipe all user data
and choose -yes-wipe all user data

the phone began to wiping data
-formatting /data and cache

after it finished to wipping the data and cache
i reboot the system ..

then it began to boot the system and says "UNFORTUNATELY SETUP WIZARD STOPPED WORKING".

OK, I'm confused but that's OK.

I'm going to ask some questions, you're probably going to repeat some of what you said already but I need to get things in context.

At the top of your bootloader screen, what does it? Please share everything through the OS version.

What version of TWRP are you running? It will say at the top of the screen.

Does the phone boot up to run or does it hang? The thing about no Internet, etc etc, confuses me a little.

Can you get me a listing doing what it says here -

Dear Android experts,

I am having the exact same problem here. Except that I am using a Chinese manufactured phone called Ulefone be Touch 2. I factory installed and "the wizard has stopped working" shows up. I have tried for weeks to fix this issue without any help. Have posted to various android forums and everyone has suggested different options without being able to resolve it. So I am giving it a go here.

I have two computers, one with windows 7 installed and another with windows 10 installed.

Looking forward to any help.
