    Hi Sometimes my Hero is so slow. I receive a text, with the icon in the notification bar. I slide it down but it can take 10-20 seconds for the message to load. Then I try and type a reply and it is so frustratingly slow, lagging behind. Any tips please? I have been so close to throwing it out...

    Hi I am lucky enough to be going to USA soon but do not want to be charged for data charges etc. What is the best way to close donwn anything that may cause me to be charged, please? I would like to keep wi-fi running Thank you
