Well for me Android really fell off the edge of a cliff in the last 6mts as a "single platform across all devices". Anyway whilst we whinge in other threads and some kind souls try and fix it I thought might be good to have a thread for Apps which DO work well in Android :) ... after all...
Anyone else had this problem?
Its performance is far worse. I suspected maybe the new task killer (with its banner ad) might be not helping but kill that.
Performance of battery just nowhere as good as prior 02 [nothing running (other than sync for calendar contacts and sometimes email app)]...
I recall seeing something about this yonks ago here but of course cant find it now i need it.
On the most recent firmware update from 02 in the UK I now find when I call voicemail i cant get the dialpad up to press a number/option (grrrr) - which of course makes it basically a nightmare...
My recent upgrade was great for performance and battery but utterly rubbish for keyboard (now some samsung thing).
I send a lot of emails, txts from the galaxy sometimes ... with the old keyboard it worked really well (things like predictive more intelligent&user-friendly, shift key etc etc)...
As a dumbo myself I wrote up what took me a few days to pull together so other newbies could save a lot of time in getting their new pet house trained :D

This is probably some dumb newbie Q but how on earth do I empty my inbox (in either gmail or the email client) other than going thru' them one by one and pressing delete???
Also found an annoying little gmail wrinkle ... galaxy set up a folder for me based on some label i was using ... on main...
