    Can't download apps without WiFi??

    Every time I try to download an app my Droid Razr Maxx pops up a most annoying icon and I'm told that I can't download without a WiFi connection. What gives? I've got an unlimited data plan. And I've tried to download both small and large applications. Can anyone help?
