AT&T seems to have taken this deal off their site, but if you want an otterbox for $5, go to your AT&T store and ask if they have any. It looks as if they're getting rid of the Pursuit boxes. I grabbed a small one for $5 today, and they had a few medium ones hanging on the rack - also with the $5 stickers.
