    Wasn't aware till yesterday. But all Incredible have a 60 day worry free guarantee. Which is nice because my phones been acting up. Down point month and a half till they can send me a new phone, so they're sendin me the X.

    Edit: All Incredibles that are backordered or were backordered previously.

    Verizon csr and tech service said due to the back order all incredibles are on 60 instead of 30 days. They store too me because my thirty days is up on the 1st.

    I went to the link and I see nothing about the Inc's 60 day thing, anyone else confirmed this? I would go to the X in a heartbeat, since I there are no accessories and I've been having problems with my DInc.

    OMG! It's true! I'm sending it back!

    I'm going to wait for the x because of the bigger screen and the call quality issue. I'll be 52 in August and the eyes need bigger images for reading. ;)

    If this is true i might return mine as well. I have two questions though, if I ordered on the 19th of April, but didn't get it till launch day, are my two months up or do I still have till Tuesday? Also, my name is not on the account. Would the person whose name is on the bill have to call to return it?

    your contract started the date you activated your phone, and yes the person on the bill is the primary holder and has to do any of the returning/canceling.

    Unfortunately the person on the bill live a couple states over. Is it possible for her to call in, and then have me take my incredible back to the Verizon store?

    Is there a specific procedure we need to do to make this happen? Do I just call and say I am unhappy with the Incredible? Do "I" have to mention the 60 day guarantee? I pre-ordered this when we initially could, so I imagine that 60 day guarantee is coming up quick.

    Please, inquiring minds want to know. :)

    Why would anyone return a perfectly good Incredible for a Motorola anything, no matter the screen size?:confused: I have had 5 Motorolas and three of them had major hardware/build issues.

    I believe Steven, I'm on the phone RIGHT NOW with VZW. The rep I just spoke with couldn't even tell me if the phone had a 1 year manufacturers warranty, where do they hire these ppl from, I'm calling back, hope I get someone better.

    Just guessing but I'm sure she could call in and she could add notes to the account, she could also add you as an authorized user and set a password and then you could take the steps necessary to return the phone.

    I've had 2 people tell me that it isn't true, am I asking wrong, they both put me on hold and told me there was no such thing and that if it were they would've heard about it, please update as to what questions you asked, bc I'm hearing 30 days and my phone has been terrible the last 2 weeks and it was awesome the 1st 30 days. :( mine shuts off everytime I try to watch world cup thru the vcast app, and it overheats and won't charge unless i shut it off, like i have the battery cover off trying to charge it and it is still overheating.

    This would be great for me. My incredible is at thirty days tomorrow. I'd love to be able to keep it until the x is released.

    I'm happy enough with mine. Maybe if the droid x were perfect, but it's not. It's got that weird hump and is too tall.

    I was perfectly fine with mine too, until a couple weeks ago, now it overheats all day and I have the battery cover off now hoping it will cool.
