For full remote control of your PC - Team Viewer (IMO). Needs installing on PC & phone. I dont think it does bluetooth.

Alternatively Airdroid over wifi, only needs installing on your phone.

ES Explorer, you can access any shared file on your PC through your wifi including pcs on the same lan as your wifi
